  The leader is usually the oldest in the band. Reno, guitarist in ViViD, is the leader. It's also been proven because Shin, the singer, called him leader-sama during an interview on the radio.
  
  Also, some singers during concerts bow their head when the song ends. Like a person in forensics who does a poem or some other form of literature.
