Over half these modern rock bands don't have the musical training to play a simple Death Metal. And I'd like to fuking see them try at a Power Metal one.

That's not an opinion, it's a fact. Different genre's have different musical trainings. And I can garantee that Metal can be just as hard, or even harder to play than Classical music, which I can honestly say, which is mostley where Metal came from.

I've heard some metal and I like it, I agree it takes talent to play that hard and that good. But I'm more interested in bands that can use just as much talent on rock songs instead. I swear have you even heard the Pumpkins? The album Gish will blow your mind!

Wierd? That's what you 'rockers' are so hell bent on, a band's fuking image, you don't actually listen to it just for the musik, and there HAS to be singing, why are harsh vocals so bad? Singing is just another damn instrument!
