i need a new mixing software as good as garage band, but compatible w/ pc's. does any1 recommend Mixcraft 5? what else do u recommend? i'm all ears.

Mixcraft 5 is truly wonderful, although if you are seeking professional recording you should get Cubase Studio 4. It is expensive, but it will pay off.
