Personally, I like Nicki Minaj better (She has more songs I like), but 'Fancy' is pretty good also. Iggy's rep with me decreased substantially due to the title of a... Particular song. -
I feel neutral about both of them. But I do have to say that Nicki is kind of a more impressive rapper while Iggy tries to sound like a dude. So...

She was the first woman to become a rapper, and has more experience in rapping than Iggy. Another reason is because I have never seen or heard Iggy sing anywhere in music videos, besides Nicki. -
