I just barely found it again through countless times of trying to find it. ;u; It's Danzon Numero Dos by Arturo Marquez.
It's a little long obviously, but it's classical music.
The man Gustavo Dudamel is from Venezuela. You should check him out also if you're into that kind of stuff.

I didn't actually look at the comments. I did indeed just enjoy the music, and it was BRILLIANT.
This will sound weird, but... If music were magic, this would be, like, a ritual in a small town where EVERYONE dresses up in a costume and has a parade through the town, and then there's an audience-participation play about the legends of the town, and at the end of the play, everyone dances on and around the stage in their costume to ward off evil spirits. That is what it would be.
...I told you it would sound weird. XD -
