You should know that in this story, I'm Jegan and my best friend is Manelle (she switched the first letters of our names) and yes, this is how we act. Just keep that in mind. It's called "Hide-n-seek".
This is the story of when little Timmy and his friends found a treasure they never expected. It all started on a sunny May afternoon, Timmy and his friends had just started summer vacation and decided to play hide-n-seek to keep them occupied. As usual, Timmy was the seeker and Jegan, Manelle, Raphielle, and Raquelle were the hiders. Timmy counted to 100 while everyone else ran off to go hide.
Once Timmy shouted "100! Ready or not.... Here I come!!" he was sprinting off to find Raphielle, because he always had the easiest hiding places. Barely a minute later, Timmy had found Raphielle, and Raphielle had done the usual and accused Timmy of cheating, but Timmy never cheated because after all winners never cheat and cheaters never win, just like papa always told him. But then Timmy and Raphielle were off to find Jegan and Manelle, because they always hid in trees so all they had to do is find which tree, and in the park there were a lot.
It took five minutes and shaking nearly 20 trees until they had finally found Jegan and Manelle and when they had been found, they just kept laughing and laughing as if someone had just yelled the funniest joke in the world, so Timmy and Raphielle had to yell "COME ON!" to finally get them to stop. But now the easy part was over, and Timmy, Raphielle, Jegan, and Manelle had to go find Raquelle, and she was the best hider on the whole block. So Timmy knew this would take awhile.
After a half hour of searching the entire park, no one was able to find Raquelle or even any sign of her. So Timmy thought and thought and eventually came to the revolution that Raquelle must be in the woods next to the park. So Timmy and his friends went to Timmy's house to get snacks and some things they will need like a flashlight, a bat (to fight off the monsters that live in the woods), some water, ect. Then they got on their bikes and rode off to the woods. Wen they got there everyone was scared, especially Timmy, but he had to keep a strong face and go find Raquelle because she was his best friend and if she beat him at hide-n-seek, he would never be able to live it down. So he gathered all of his bravery and took the first steps into the forest, and everyone closely followed.
First, the worst part was just the noise of the screeching animals, but he turned around and realized that it was really just Jegan, Manelle, and Raphielle being dumb, as usual. Then Timmy heard all this rustling around him, surrounding him. Out of instinct, he grabbed the bat and made sure he had the best view of everything around him, and keep going, slowly, but still he was at least going.
After ten minutes of walking through the torture of not knowing if they were about to get attacked, Timmy saw a large clearing and took off sprinting towards it. Once they got to the clearing, all that was there was a large tree, an 'X' painted on the ground, a shovel and a sign that had some type of strange code on it that looked like this: ?^ -

?^@@.#v$. Timmy and the others didn't know how to interpret this, but Jegan gave it a shot and said that it was telling us to dig, so she grabbed the shovel and started to dig. Manelle didn't know what to do, so she decided to climb the tree. After many attempts, she still couldn't gt to the first branch but she kept trying over and over and over again. Raphielle just sat there staring intothe distance, looking like he was possessed. Timmy just looked at his group of friends; disappointed in the fact that this was the group he was left with to help him find Raquelle. With that in his head he was filled with sorrow and hopelessness, he tried to rid himself of these thoughts and feelings but try as he might, he was unsuccessful, and decided to just fall asleep.
Timmy woke to the sound of a loud beeping noise and he looked at his watch and realized that he had slept 5 hours, and that the beeping noise was the alarm on his watch telling him to get up. He freaked out, they had spent all night in the woods and now it was 8:00a.m, their parents would be so worried and he was going to be in a lot of trouble. Timmy frantically told his friends it was time to go, then he realized they were still doing what they were 5 hours ago. Timmy asked "Have you been doing this the whole time?" and Jegan was stuck in the hole she was digging for now it was nearly 10 feet deep and roughly 4 feet wide, she replied yes to Timmy, and that she still hadn't found whatever they were suppose to be looking for. Raphielle just grunted to Timmy, and he assumed that it that was his way of saying yes. Manelle said she had been trying to climb the tree for the last 5 hours, and she still couldn't make it to the first branch. Timmy said that they needed to leave now, but Raphielle wouldn't move, Manelle wanted to keep trying to climb the tree, and Jegan wanted to find whatever she was looking for. So Timmy had two choices, go by himself, or wait. And he wasn't about to go out in those woods alone, so he waited.
After Timmy waited and waited and waited some more finally, Manelle made it up to the first branch and kept going until he couldn't even see her because she was so high up. And Raphielle began to stir and showed some expression until finally, he stood up and began to walk around. Now Timmy was gettin really anxious because only Jegan had to find whatever and they could leae, and at this point the hole she was digging was nearly 15 feet deep and 4 feet wide. This is when he began to think what if nothing was actually there, and Jegan just kelt digging forever and they could never leave. He eventuay thought she would stop, and probably soon, right? All he could do was hope she would find what she was looking for and they could leave soon.
Timmy zoned out now just thinking about everything that had happened in the past two days and suddenly his trance was broken by Jegan shouting, "I found it! I found it!" Timmy jumped up and ran over to the ditch. He looked inside and Raphielle, fully normal now, and Manelle did the same. The only thing in it was Jegan and a huge wooden chest type thing, and everyone helped Jegan lift the chest and herself out of the ditch. Timmy and Raphielle, being the strongest, took the shovel, hit the lock with all their might, and the being only a rusty little thing, broke off almost instantly. Inside the chest was all this gold and jewels and everything, and for some reason a bunch if wigs, which Timmy didn't really understand.
Even though they found all this stuff, they still weren't happy because they still hadn't found Raquelle, and everyone knew what they had to do. They all picked up went off into the woods, this time with more courage, and marched on home to tell their parents they didn't know where Raquelle was, which was the hardest thing because they couldn't even admit it to each other, let alone their parents. Still they knew they had to go home.
About an hour later, they were out of the woods and being greeted by Raquelle, everyone was so shocked and happy, they dropped the chest and ran over to Raquelle. They didn't even cars about the treasure anymore; all that mattered was that they were together again. And now, even though they were all incredibly rich and all moved away, they still met up once a month for their monthly games of hide-n-seek.
The End.
Sorry about that double post, the stupid thing wasn't working. -
Tell your friend that this story is VERY good!! She could be an author!! This could be a children's book! :)
