Does anyone know how to publish a book?

There's some websites Online that publish it but at most of them you have to pay some money.

Well first, you have to write one.
Next, you send the final draft to a publishing company.
Then you wait for like 6 months.
Finally, you'll get a letter back saying if they are or aren't going to publish your book.
