My mind is like a Jungle,
And my thoughts are like trees, bushes and creepers growing wild,
Sometimes, they become predators and wild beasts and attack me,
I cringe and hide,
I walk wary inside my head, not knowing when the next panic attack will come on,
And i am trapped. -
