Why are we waiting here?
Waiting for time to pass?
Every second is cast
Aside without a glance
Or another chance
To live its love again
Punished for its sins
I an the ball and you are the pins
Stand to watch me deflate
Sharpen your swords with hate
And wait
For time to retaliate -
Not by me:
From day one I talked about getting out
But not forgetting about
How all my worst fears are letting out
He said "Why put a new address
On the same old loneliness
When breathing just passes the time
Until we all just get old and die
Now talking's just a waste of breath
And living's just a waste of death
So why put a new address
