I've written a few short stories in school before, but this is the first time I want to write something out of school. So what's basically happening is that my main character, Jade, is getting bullied/blackmailed, but she doesn't know who is doing it to her. I don't knowmyself exactly who it is yet, I think it may be one of her "friends", her sister, or her ex. I'm only on the second chapter just now... I can't think of anything!! So if you have any other small twists or events that I could use...

Well, if you're stuck; you can Jade a flashback to when all of this has started and you can hint to the audience based on how it all started as to whom may be bullying/blackmailing her. You can use @Lucyheartfillia as a way for the character to cast suspicion on her ex as well as her friends, a fight perhaps ?
