  I like this book. Its very different in some ways from the TV show.
  Has anyone else read it?

  @Quizzie: Never read the book, but I did see the pilot episode of the series. I never knew there was a book to the show. Could you be kind enough to tell me a few differences between the two, please? I would be much obliged. :)

  Sure:
  Well, for starters, Kacy Simon in the book is in 7th grade and Kacy Simons on the show is in high school. And in the book, Kacy has her on TV segment on "Channel M"(M for Marquette Middle) which I thought was really cool. Also, in the book, Kacy at first likes a guy named Quinn Wilder, the male lead of the school play. (she is the female lead and in the play they kiss). Soon, though, she develops feelings for her band leader, Zander.
  
  *thinks* I guess that mostly the differences are minor. But in the book, Kacy gets her popularity back, while in the show she does not. And Kacys former clique in the book(the "perfs") are really cool characters. (A fashion designer, an all-things-french obsessed girl, and a shy girl). I'm kind of sad that they didn't put those in the show.
