Her stunning copper hair was loose down her back, and her firey orange eyes-the eyes that seemed to have seen everything- bored into him, making him flinch.
He chastised himself. She was human! It didn't matter.
She did matter though. Why else would he want so badly to kill her?
He'd stalked her for days after seeing her talking to the Elric brothers. Something about her made him hate her.
She had a slim figure and was short for her age. And he....
He was jealous.
He thought that it was stupid, him being jealous of this girl, but he couldn't help it. Everyone talked to her kindly, even the blasted flame colonel.
And he couldn't stand her!
She was worse than Edward, he decided.
Envy snapped his attention back to her as she closed her eyes, and murmered two simple words "Do it."
His hands were around her throat, and she didn't struggle. He found it unusual. Why wouldn't she put up a fight? Humans valued their lives, didn't they?!
She seemed to read his thoughts, and then whispered, her sweet breath filling the air "I am not afraid of death."
He growled, this wasn't what she was supposed to do! Where was that strive for life that every other human showed!? -

She spoke again, this time her voice was annoyed "If you aren't going to kill me, then leave, Homunculus."
He glared at her, then tightened his grip for a moment. It soon loosened, and he left the way he came, through the window.
As he landed, he noticed a figure standing in the shadows, and a glint of dark eyes.
"Ugh, not you."He said as the figure stepped out, showing a young teen wearing dark clothing, with black hair and an tattoo plain on the back of his hand.
"Yo Envy, why didn't you kill her?"Greed taunted, smirking. "If you won't kill her, then I'll just-"
He stopped as Envy kicked him in the chest, knocking the air out of him.
"Don't even think about it, Avaricious."Envy spat, glaring as the other regained balance and laughed.
"Wouldn't dream of touching your girlfriend, Envy."He said between laughs.
Envy spun around and started at Greed, who then smirked and said "Just.Try.Me." -
Wow...... I'm in it..... I was also in Ed's.
So far it's awesome. -
Heph says the next part will take a bit because it's a fight scene.

Envy was almost to Greed when the smell of fire rose into the air, along with a scream.
The girl's house was on fire.
Greed smirked, and then began to walk off "Your too easy, Envy."
And that was all he said before he disapeared into the shadows.
