Calling the waitress over, she got the bill, and paid for it. Before leaving, she grabbed the last piece, Sam soon following after.

The engine was soon up and running, with her pulling out, and into the road. In the back, Sam was rather quiet, being full and a bit tired.

Startled, Diana pulled over as instructed, and turned around. "What's wrong?"

cyriously22 NewbieJames got out of the car and immediately fell down.
(I honestly have no idea what's going on, haha) -
Worried, Sam scrambled out, kneeling beside him. He gently lifted his head up a little. Following, his mother was out, with her phone at the ready.
(it could be some twist...with him ending up in the hospital for a while) -

While Sam tried everything, she was busy on the phone, calling the ambulance. Within a few minutes, the rushing vehicle came to a halt, and they carefully loaded him on.

cyriously22 NewbieSam didn't understand what was going on, so he just cried in his mothers arms.

After talking to the paramedics, he decided to go in the truck, with them. Behind it, followed his mother whom was trying her best not to think the worse.

Worried, Sam tightly gripped his hand.
He looked at them, "Is he gonna be ok?"
(respirator, I think) -
