A stitch in time, saves nine.
I don't get it. I'm wondering nine,What? and it doesn't even rhyme. -
iv heard it..a stitch in time.. its basicly fix a problem before it gets out of hand..if you can stick a hole one time then it starts then you dont have to stitch nine more hole later when it gets worst.. nine would be nine more stiches if you just stitched it once then you wouldnt have to do ninetimes the work..i really hope that make sence..

If you fix a problem early, then you don't have a big mess. For example, in knitting if you mess up one stich and ignore it you may think it's fine. Then it ends up making the rest of what you're knitting messed up so you have to unravel what you did to fix it. Make sense?
