Well,I need a little help. I'm making a 2nd book, the sequel to The Secret Butcher entitled Unfinished Business. Basically,Trinity is in the mental hospital with her new shrink,Kristen. Autumn's younger sister Linnea heard about her sister's death, and wants revenge. She breaks into the Insane Asylum,planning to kill Trinity and anyone who gets in her way.
I need some help with everyone who dies (including Trinity). Something that you really don't see a lot. -
well, there could be a security guard and he gets his head smashed between the bars of a cell or something.

Ok,we've got the guard taken of. Maybe one of the mental patients should die like that, or a doctor. -

Or both! First, an arsenist at the Mental Hospital gets set on fire in his/her cell,runs to a bathroom,only to be drowned in the sink!
