Chester morphed back into a human. ‘Come in,’ he mumbled, poking his head out from under the blankets.

Jayden walked in, sitting down on the floor next to his bed. "Can we talk?" He asked quietly. "About what just happened?"

Chester sighed and nodded. He sat up and pat the spot on his bed next to him.

Jayden looked up at him before sitting next to him. "Why'd you trick me? Why'd you shapeshift into a cat to do it?" He mumbled. I would've let you if you asked~

Chester looked down at his shoes, fiddling with his hands. ‘I… I don’t know,’ he muttered. ‘I-I just… I don’t know.’ -
(So is Chester if he jUsT aDmiT iT)
Jayden sighed. "Okay." He didn't know what he wanted as an explanation, but that wasn't it. -
(… hE aDmIt iT tO oLiVeR)
‘I-I was just emotional for some reason,’ Chester mumbled, trying to find a good reason that wasn’t “you’re hot and I want your attention”. ‘I don’t know what I was thinking, I must’ve needed a hug or something.’ -

Jayden paused before wrapping him in a hug. "You don't have to shapeshift into a cat just to get a hug from me. I'm not that unapproachable, I promise." -
(hE wiLl… eVeNtUaLlY…. After he gets bRaVe and kisses him, which idk when will be-)
Chester tensed up for a moment, surprised, then relaxed and pulled him close. ‘I’m sorry,’ he mumbled. -
(gOOd- hmm maybe Maeve and Oliver could be working to try and get them both to tell each other after they find out they both like each other so then Maeve tells Jayden to tell Chester and tHeN Chester kissed him)
"It's fine, I'm not that upset." -
(Ooo yes that’s a good idea let’s do that)
‘If you’re sure,’ Chester mumbled, reaching up to gently play with the ends of Jayden’s hair, then remembering how triggered he got and moved his hand down to his back. -
(okok cool)
Jayden froze up before leaning into him. "Are you okay?" -
Chester nodded. ‘Are you?’

Jayden nodded. "Yeah." He looked at Chester. He wanted to snuggle with him again- human form, this time.

‘Good,’ Chester said, holding him close. ‘Can we, er, stay like this for a bit?’
