Ok so basically, growing up my parents got divorced, and my dad moved downtownish. He picked me up from school everyday, and I got this idea and asked him, maybe, could I take the bus?
So he bought me a bus card and said sure, and I was very excited.
The next day, after school I walked down the street to get onto the bus, and I froze, horror struck. Which bus was it? I forgot.
I got onto the bus and said, excuse me, does this bus go to park haven?
He thought I said park avenue, which is the opposite direction. He said yes, of course.
So I got on the bus and he started driving. We reached the end of the stop and I was like where the hell am I, and the bus driver said this is park avenue.
I was so angry. I should have made it clearer
So I had to walk 23 blocks to get to my house.
M dad was not happy. -
Sorry I was in a hurry to finish yhis

In fourth grade, we had to do a "reading log" and have our parents sign it every week or so. I asked my mom to sign it and, as was typical of her, she yelled at me to fake the signature myself and stop bothering her. So I did.
Several weeks later the teacher finally checked our logs and concluded that my mom's "signatures" looked like they were written by a child, because they were. This teacher hated me anyway so I'm sure she was ecstatic to find something to get me in trouble for. So she called my mom to the school, already a big mistake because my mom hated that s--- but she showed up. The teacher confronted her on my faking the signatures.
My mom looked at the signatures, looked my teacher in the eyes and told her she had signed them. That the obviously-written-by-a-child fake signatures were, in fact, hers. And what's the teacher gonna do? Accuse my mom of lying? Her goal was to get me in trouble, and now what? The teacher was livid.
And guess what my mom did when we got home? This woman sat me down at the kitchen table and helped me practice forging her signature so it wouldn't happen again. Iconic really -
This year I had this teacher who really hates me, she’d pick me out for the tiniest things in class, like yawning or just looking somewhere where she wasn’t she absolutely HATED me.
One day I had an argument with my best friend over text. It was a really bad full on argument. I have this other friend who is like my brick wall to lean on when things get tough, she is the one person who I can talk to and the person will understand me and is always there for me. She’d already noticed something was wrong earlier that day and proceeds to text me later that night, asking what was wrong. I sent her screenshots of the argument I’d had with my bestie. My best friend hates it when I tell this person anything so she asks this person if they know anything about the argument. (I was in a different class at the time)
And this is how their conversation goes.
Bestie: ‘do u know anything abt the argument’
Friend: ‘yes’
Bestie: ‘you were behind all this we’rent you.’
Friend: ‘no I’m just teaching her how to stand up for herself’
Bestie: (crying) ‘I didn’t want to kill myself and now I do.’
Friend: ‘that’s a bit dramatic’
Bestie: ‘you always make me look like the bad guy you b—-
Friend: ‘well.., maybe you are the bad guy’
I was in the class next door at the time and everyone else heard the commotion who was in the class with me.
Later that break time, this awful teacher who hates me comes out of her office. Demanding to talk to me. I already know my best friend told on me. I get a detention for sending screenshots of private conversations to other people and involving people in the argument.
I’m not really friends with my supposed best friend anymore. Because do you know what she did? She called my other friend fat, and I’m not forgiving her for that. ever. -

I was in elementary school. First grade maybe, but probably not. My school had a clip system for behavior, where if you were good, your clip would be moved up, and if you were bad it would be moved down a color. Everyone's clip started on green, and the next color up was blue, then purple then gold. The first color down was yellow, then orange then red. It was rumored if you got to red, you would go to the office and be in trouble. I was terrified of red, and most of the time when I went down colors, it was because of a misunderstanding. In this grade, I was in an extra help math class with a few others. This class was in a different room, and each day me and my friend would be excused at a certain time to go to this class. We would go to this class, and come back at a certain time. One day, me and my friend were walking back when my friend got an idea. How about we mess around in the hallways instead? So I kid you not, we spent 20 MINUTES both running from different ends of a hallway, and HUGGING each other. I don't know why, or why that amused us so much, but it did. After this tomfoolery, we decided to go back to class. My friend was in a different class than me, but they told me before they left to tell my teacher, "(the teacher in charge of the math class) held me back for a few minutes." I was intensely scared, but went back to class. The teacher instantly asked me where I had been. Nervously, I told the lie my friend told me to tell. I don't know if their teacher believed them, because mine did not for a second. She moved me down to Yellow, then to Orange, and demanded I tell the truth. I didn't want to get my friend in trouble, so I kept insisting what I said was true. That day, I was moved to red for the first and the last time. I didn't go to the office tho, so guess it was okay?

Childhood stories are funny and random. When we look back on our past lives we might have a laugh or feel embarrassed. But every moment in life should be paid attention too. :)
