Lol, not that i heard of any "day owls" im not sure, but i havent heard of such a thing.,.. Its probably a "not ok in the head" owl you are hearing....

Lol, strange.... I get up to get a midnight snack in the kitchen, so i take my torch instead of switching on the light... Then i drop a bowl, and it makes a really loud noice, and my dad comes, holding his realistic pistol, and saying the famous words, "i have a gun, dont move or i will shoot" :/
