Guess what!!!

I'm writing a book series about fictional children with Autism!!! My first one is about a girl who has mild Autism. Since people always make up novels about the lives of 'normal kids' I'm making up the lives of children with Autism.

Maybe you should gather a better understanding of Autism before going onto do that?
Also maybe try to have more disabilities , yes autism is a disability no matter what you think , than just autism. -
(I can't control what spectrums/disabilities I have. If that's what you meant.) If you mean make the characters have other spectrums/disabilities then the reason why I can't is because I only understand Autistics.
-
Though, thankyou for you suggestion... I think I could create one of them to have another spectrum/disability. I'll look into that.

Magie Magic NewbieIt would be really cool to have more books about people with Autism, right!?!
-
I think if you look in the right places you will caharcetr a with them, hwoever a series abotu that would be very very boring.
Try something like a mystery novel and have the girl with mild autism feature there with a role that her sensitivity to for example like me because of my ASD , to white noise allowing ehr to hear things much clearer than anybody else but struggle to listen in on conversations? -
My first novel about a girl with mild Autism will be very detailed. It will be just as interesting (maybe more) as a story about a "normal" girl's life. I'm thinking the next one will be about a girl with strong Autism. Then the third one will be about a boy with high functioning Autism and Bipolar. I'm not sure about the third one yet...

No oen writes a story about a normal girl being normal, unless it's an autobiography or about someone else, you need some form of plot, one I really life was something about a girl who knew she was adopted learning she had been kidnapped and put into a child traff---ing trade.
-
Magie Magic NewbieMy plot for the first book is a girl who grows up with autism. The only one who actually supports her in life is her big brother Chack (He's adopted and he's native american) and she has to learn in life that she is worth it and that she's not a freak.
-
Magie Magic Newbieoh, sorry. I'm queen Tasha.

No. People would definitely read a book about people doing people things. What do you think romance novels are? But I have a suggestion. Autism shouldn't be the plot device. SHE as a PERSON should be. She just happens to have autism and that affects her world.
-
That's what I was trying to say. I'm not good at saying things.
-
Yes, that's the moral of the stories. We are people! We just have a different way of being us!
-
Classanator Newbiei continued the story tasha!!
