I wasn't sure whether I should have put our names in the subtitle or not. I decided against it. :I

Alrighty. -
Okay so general outline?
MC goes about his daily business after the burial of those effected with the disease, is supposed to sleep at a friend's home, but has a dream that gives him the idea that he knows the cure.
MC leaves to confront YC, flash back reveals how they know each other.
YC kicks MC out, telling them that they're crazy.
The tribe is in a rush, gathering things to move because the seasons are changing. (Warm seasons to Cold seasons. They don't know about summer, winter, fall and spring. Just warm and cold.)
YC's father falls sick, tribe announces that they will stay in the area until he gets better.
YC confronts MC while he's cooking, begs him to help him save his father. MC agrees, but insists that they can't tell anyone because they wont want YC to leave the tribe.
MC and YC leave in the dead of night, taking horses. They make it about fifteen miles away from the tribe before MC's horse is attacked and killed by a bear, and YC's horse runs off. They consider going back, but end out keeping on on foot.
They travel for a couple days, and then encounter another tribe that's numbers have dwindled down to only twenty. They explain what they're trying to do to keep from being killed for being on their land. The tribe sends someone with that, C1 (Extra character) and new horses, as well as food.
The three travel on, character development, basically. YC asks MC if he even knows where he's headed. He admits that he doesn't, YC threatens to head back, but doesn't when MC kisses them. (Yay!) Days later, a huge storm rolls over, while C1 was out getting water. They postpone the trip to find C1 on the shore of the river. Not dead, but almost their. They take care of them, but their legs are too damaged for them to go on, to YC and MC continue without them. They continue on for a month.
They get lost, and without food, kill one of the horses. It's one week before they find the city.
YC and MC enter the city, and wonder around for two full days before they find their first human- Someone from a tribe, with three bullet holes in their chest. (Of course, they don't know what guns are, so they don't know what they are.) They realize that the person is C1.
After this, MC is racked with dreams of blurry flash backs- A lab. Water. People in weird clothing.
YC and MC consider giving up and heading back. They don't, even though they know YC's father is already dead. They continue to look for a cure, finding a building that looks to be in tact. YC goes to investigate, MC stays back. After a couple hours, YC doesn't return, MC goes to look for them.
YC has found a small girl- Not from a tribe, but dressed nicely. They're having a conversation about who they are. MC walks in, the little girl screams, pulls a knife, and stabs YC in the shoulder, and takes off running. Moments later, while YC and MC panic, men and women enter, knock them out, and take them away.
The two wake up in a small hospital room. A doctor enters and explains that they're safe, that they're fine. After MC and YC tell the doctor why they're there, he nods, and leaves. The two talk for a moment, and then decide to explore.
They meet people, talk, get some food, ect, do some sleeping. And then they find a room that's locked, and listen in.
YC and MC learn that the people are planning an attack on the tribes. They say that MC was a successful experiment. YC flips, yells at MC, MC insists that they have no clue what's going on. YC gathers his things and tries to leave, only to be stopped because MC ratted them out on the fact that they were trying to escape. MC uses the trust he's earned to get a car, and gas, being assigned a job of patrolling the city.
MC takes the car as far into the tribesland as possible, and finds YC's tribe. Many are dead. They tell them what happened, and explain that they were a "test tube baby" and there was a homing device placed in their brain, the city being their home. They were supposed to lead the people of the city to the tribe's land, and help them destroy them. He then explains what happened to YC, but before he can do anything, the people imprison him and sentence him to death.
A day later, the the city people show up with guns, and YC. They insist they want peace, and return YC, and leave. YC tells that they have heard plans of war, and none of peace. YC frees MC, they kiss and make up, and prepare the tribes for war, gathering all of the ones they know of together, into large numbers.
They attack the city before the city people can attack them. MC ends up taking a bullet for YC, and their POV ends with a fade to black.
YC and his people fight the battle, and win, and take the city. Many are dead, and many more are wounded, but the end of their POV expresses their hopes for the future.
The epilogue is in YC's POV. He goes about his business, overseeing the rebuilding of the city, helping a child find library books, ect.
It ends with him visiting MC's hospital room, and having a short conversation with them. -
Alright, so, I love the plot. Shall we make the characters now or do we need anything else before?
-
We need to make the characters. ^-^
-
