For whom do I weep
The solitary figure, alone.
Those awaiting the ever-after
Of the revered Death, set in stone.
And it hath befallen upon all
An inexorable end.
Nevertheless, some anticipate this closing
A conclusion of commend.
Yet I ask, Why?
Why anticipate the closing of one's existence
In an already dimunitive epoch.
Sorry, I know it's bad, I'm still trying to clean it up.
