The Vamp mansion was a victorian style, and it had been in the family for centuries. The currant head of the family and owner of the estate, Vandalia Vamp, stood wearing her buisness atire, and stood overlooking the drive, glaring at the car below. A young girl stepped out.
"Wow!" Vince had told Maggie his family owned an estate, but she had expected something small. Vince grabbed her bags, and escorted her to the door. Stepping inside, Maggie noticed the gothic style. "Here." Vince brought Maggie up a flight of stairs, and put her bags in a room. "Let's go to the kitchen!" It was evening, and some chefs were cooking dinner. Vince grabbed a bowl of chocolate, and together the two spooned it out, licking the bowl clean. A man in a suit stepped into the kitchen. "Mr. Vamp? Miss Vamp wishes to see you."The man stepped out. Vince put Maggie back on the floor. "A reason to get you off my lap. We have to ssee the head of the family." He said. The two walked up three flights of stairs, and stopped in front of a large oak wood door. "Whatever you do, don't be alone with her!" "Why not?" Maggie looked up at Vince. He shook his head, and lead her into a room. In the back, there was a large window overlooking the lake. In front of it, a young woman sat at a desk. She stood up, and walked around it. "Vincent! You didn't tell me you were visiting!" She hugged Vince. This woman didn't look so scary to Maggie. "Oh, and this must be Margret!" She held Maggie's hands. "You're so beautiful." She said. "You can call me Maggie." Maggie said. "Oh, Maggie. I love it." She turned back to Vince. "You've got yourself a keeper." She said, tapping on him. Sitting once again at her desk, she askedthe two to sit in chairs in front of her desk. "Now Vince, I hate to bring up buisness on a visit, but we've got quite a problem." "Now, Vandalia, are you refering to the family buisness?" "Yes." She replied. She grinned at Maggie. "Unfortunatly, our family wont apear much at daytime. We're busy." -
Sorry, I ran out of room. There's more to come.

Maggie was shocked. For the remainder of the meeting, she repeated the word busy in her head. Before she knew it, she had been escorted to a large dinningroom. Although the table was large enough to seat about thirty people, but there was only about ten people in all. At the head of the table sat Vandalia, and at the other end sat Maggie. Vince sat in the seat next to her, and the others sat around the middle. Although the two sat across the table from Vandalia, her voice carried as a whisper. "I would very much like to see you after dinner,"

Maggie gulped. Didn't Vince tell her to stay away? "Maggie neeeds to unpack." Vince said. He escorted Maggie out. Once safe in the bedroom, Vince locked the door. "Keep this locked at night." Maggie looked at Vince. "Why?" "Dammit Maggie, just do it!" Maggie was shocked. Vince stepped out, and made sure the door was locked. Maggie sat on her suitcase. She sghed, and looked around. The bed had red blankets and white sheets. The wall the bed was against had liitle oil lamps and windows. there were short bookshelves below the windows, that served as nightstands. In the middle of the far wall was the door. To the right of it was a dresser with a jewelry box, small old fashion table radio, and a candleabra. On the left wall she saw two doors. In between them was a short table with hot towels on it. The right wall had a desk with ink and and paper. The quill to go along with it was red. Maggie decided to try the door closest to the door, and found a closet. It was full of beautiful victorian dresses. The other door opened to a bathroom, with a large clawfoot tub. Maggie drew a bath, happy to rid of filth. The walls in the room were purple with black designs. the bathroom walls were a much friendlier lilac. Maggie stepped into the tub and relaxed. If she was really stuck in hear until sunrise, she might as well enjoy it. When Maggie finally drained the tub, she found a bathrobe and put it on. She then became woozy, and fell into the bed for sleep.
