The cheers of jolly children echoed through the streets of Internet Avenue. Many adults opened the doors to kids dressed up in generic party city costumes and waiting for sweet treats to drop into their trick o' treat baskets.
The fresh air of Halloween lingered in the surrounding space as everybody was walking and sprawling around outside, while the unlucky ones have to cram for a test.
"Ugggh, why do we have to study for this test?" Br0wnies pressed her face against the window and glanced at a group of kids eating some Skittles and going to the next house.
"Because, we can't get an F." said Sarah(Faith) as she pushed up her glasses and didn't make eye contact.
"Just do it Br0wnies" said Cold as she sighed and continued reading the page in the book.
"I agree with sunnybutt.." said Selena.
"Fineeee.." Br0wnies flipped open the big book and started reading until everybody almost gasped and flew out of their seats as the study room door of GoToQuiz Academy flung open with a red-headed girl wearing horns and holding flyers and standing next to a girl with Brown medium hair and dark skin.
"Guys! Guy's! Guys!" Dark, the red head wearing the horns, came tumbling down and threw flyers at the study group.
"What, What, What?" Br0wnies said flipping her book to close and look excitedly at Dark, hoping they could ditch this and go outside.
Faith silently looked up and acknowledged the enthusiastic crimson head and so did Selena and the others.
"What is it now, Darkness?" said Cold.
"Okay, maybe since we can't go Trick o' Treat"
Br0wnies whined under breathe.
"Keturah needed a special book for our project and its only available in this old mansion down the street"
"Yup, and we need you guys." said Ket.
"I am in!" Br0wnies already headed out the door and stopped as she heard someone pip up.
"I don't know Dark.." said Anri, which was quiet the whole time.
"Come on!" Br0wnies said.
"We need to ace that test but...." said Selena and looked at Sun with confirmation.
"I guess we could take a break." said Sun and everybody dropped their books.
"Yay!" Ket smiled and Dark was already with Br0wnies and they were arguing about some stupid thing. -

"This is it." Ket announced as they stopped infront of an antique Victorian mansion which was painted black and had accents of greens and wilted flowers around them, although it was old, the paint seemed oddly freshly painted.
"Wow..." said Br0wnies as she stopped teasing Dark and stepped onto the porch, and a black cat was sitting on the rocking chair and kept quiet, sharply looking at the group of girls.
"Cool, kitty." Dark followed and walked towards it.
Br0wnies started reaching her hand towards the furry black cat.
"Awww!"
"Be careful, Ma-" Ket said, as it was already too late as Br0wnies already touched the cat.
"MRRROW!" The cat shrieked and scratched Br0wnies cheek and quickly ran off to the backyard of the house.
"Ow.."
"I was going to say be careful.." said Ket, and she huffed.
"So, how are we going to get in?" said Selena and Sun.
"Luckily, we went into GoToQuiz Guy's office and found a key for this mansion. Seems like our school has some connections with this old house." said Ket, and she pulled a key out of her pocket and unlocked the front door. The door opened by itself, welcoming the house's victims inside.
Everybody grew silent as they stepped inside the house, and it looked dreaded and depressing. The lights looked broken and every piece of furniture and interior item was shredded and looked burned.
"This place looks beaten.." said Br0wnies breaking the utter silence and headed into the small kitchen, and played with an old rusted tea kettle.
"We should probably break into groups.." said Sun as she stepped towards Let and Selena followed.
"Good idea, we should. I guess I will go with you guys." Ket said
"I guess I will be with Br0wnies -
Grey- Everybody thinks you are the most maturest and sometimes you do take on charge and usually.. quite.. well.. bossy, heh. Don't take it as offensive, being bossy sometimes has its pros. Means that you are a pure leader.

"I guess I will be with Br0wnies" said Dark.
"And me.." said Faith, which was looking at Br0wnies playing the tea kettle.
"Holy! Guys come look!" Br0wnies yelled from the kitchen and they all alarmly ran towards the kitchen.
"What is it?" said Ket.
"Umm..." Br0wnies turned around and her whole outfit was covered with deep crimson blood and her face was also smeared with blood and she held up her hands, which also revealed blood.
"What'd you do?" said Selena.
"I was sorta playing the tea kettle, and I wanted to see what was in it, and yeah.. this is what happened." Br0wnies said and wiped her hands on her blood drenched pants.
"Why would there be blood on the tea kettle?" said Faith.
"I don't know, but we should probably hurry up before academy curfew." Ket said. -
