My life used to be normal. I mean, I was never an A student, or an athletic kid. But I was average, and that was good enough for me.
But one day, a girl approached me while I was at the mall. She stood out like a beautiful peacock among the pigeons and doves that usually frequented the halls.
She had long, flowing white blonde hair that fell over her right eye, full lips, and cute freckles on her cheeks below her hazel eyes.
I stood in awe of her, probably making myself look like an idiot.
She just smiled though. "Hi. I'm Cecilia." She giggled. "Are you Ark Tavaran?"
I finally collected myself, and nodded. "Um, yeah. Why?"
"Come with me." She giggled, her voice sing-song, and took my hand, leading me down the hall toward the more private sector of the mall, where clubs and such were stationed.
She pulled me into one that had a blank black sign above it.
"I need you to become a father." She stated, as if talking about the weather. -
I stared at her, confusion, shock, and panic easily readable on my face.
She laughed at that. "No, no. Not like that. Come on! I'll let Sane explain it to you." She giggled, and pulled me along toward the elevator.
