Summary:
On a solo mission, 16 year old Ben finds himself fighting an enemy from the past, Charmcaster. With more than a few new spells up her sleeve, she manages to defeat Ben, no matter what alien he chose. Now, instead of going after the Mana Ben had to retrieve, she takes him back to Ledgerdomain. If her plan worked she'd have the Omnimatrix and an Anodite. After she casts a mindcontrol spell on Ben, they go off to let the world know that Ben is no longer their savior and protector. When Ben set foot in Ledgerdomain, the spell no longer has any effect. Ben realizes that to get back home, he had to pretend to be under the spell. After that success, Charmcaster let's him go back on a rampage to lure Gwen. When Ben exits the domain, he has no control. After a few months of this, he starts developing feelings for Charmcaster. The feeling is mutual, and has been for a long time. Charmcaster knows what's going on and feels past feelings resurface. Will these feelings spark something more? And what happens when Gwen shows up and nearly kills Charmcaster? Ben will have to choose, family or love. What will he choose?
