Where is mum? Envy! Do you hear Pride?
"You hear that, Road?" The man with the gun asked, turning to the teen beside him. "Sounds like her, eh?"
"All I hear is a cat." The teen scowled, crossing his arms.
The man groaned impatiently. Hed been trying to convince his son of her existence since they'd got there. But Road, a teenage boy with snow white hair and red eyes wouldn't listen. He didn't believe there had been anything in that lab. He thought his father was insane.
"I told you. This Torc makes a noise similar to a cat. But if you listen." The man paused, then smirked as he heard her cry again.
Envy! Mum! Answer Pride!
The man laughed, taking his sons head and pointing it in the direction of some bushes.
She's in there. He said, looking at his son.
The teens eyes widened and he bit his lower lip "Uh, dad, thats not all thats there."
"What do you-" The man started, then went silent. The teen turned to see a tree branch through his dads chest, as if it had suddenly decided to impale the older man.
The teen backed up, only to trip and fall on his butt.
A beautiful, completely naked woman blinked at him, blood staining her hand. Crimson tattoos with a glow that grew and faded covered her ivory skin, luminous gold eyes stared at him, as if asking a question. Curly pale gold hair fell down to her waist, and twigs and leaves where tangled in it.
"Mew." She said, tilting her head.
"Uh, yeah, mew"He gulped, sitting up. Had this creature killed his dad? No, he'd heard that the Torc only had powers associated with light and electricity. Obviously this one had light powers, looking at the tattoos.
He blinked as she grinned, tackling him and laying on top of him.
He held his breath as she looked at him with her intense, glowing eyes, then yelped as she brought her face forward.
Do you understand Pride, can you hear her, please tell!
He yelped as he heard the voice in his head, then his eyes widened as the creature laughed, kissing him.
You, you are a friend, then. I am Pride. You are Prides friend.
Road sat in shock, looking at the cr- Pride. She smiled at him, then got up off of him, which was a relief, as her chest had been pressed against his, and as hed said before, she was a woman.
"M-my name is Road..."
Road? Road. Road!
She giggled, standing up and extending a hand.
Road is Prides friend. -

Not really a first chapter, the first part, the prologue, seeing as the first chapter is two years in the future.
