Okay, I'm going to post short stories for each of the 7 sins, namely:
Pride
Lust
Greed
Sloth
Gluttony
Envy
Wrath.
Please, only most if you like them because flames are not accepted. Do not copy my stories. Thank you -
Envy
My name is Alice. This is how I became known as Envy, one of the
Seven.
I was walking around school like any other day. Only, today was
different in some way, but I didn't know how. The people were all so
happy, the cheerleaders were, well, cheerful. They were all flawless.
Most got good grades and were really pretty. Guys always drooled over
them. How I wished I was like them. The day went by slowly and I started
thinking more things like that. Why was I thinking like that? I had no
idea. When I got home I went to do my math homework. All the equations
were too much. Then I heard my phone beep. I had a text. I opened my
phone and the text read:
You wish you were like them, don't you Envy? So perfect. You can be,
little Envy.
I started typing back
My name is not Envy. It's Alice. But you're right. I want to be like
them.
I sent it and went on with my homework. Almost immediately my phone
beeped again. This time it read:
Find me in the park at midnight. -
Your greatest wishes will come true.
I was over joyed. I finished my homework, or the bit that I can do, and grabbed an empty backpack. Inside I put a flashlight, some food and water for if I get hungry or thirsty.
"Alice! Dinner is ready!" Called my mom from upstairs. "Coming mom!" When I reached the kitchen my mom wasn't there. She had left a note. "Had to go quickly. I'll be back before midnight. Dinner is on the stove" I read to myself. I looked at the stove and saw the pot. I opened it and saw a few pieces of jerky inside. So much for dinner. I went to sit on the couch and turned on the tv. I just skipped through channels till 11:30. I grabbed my backpack and started walking to the park. Oddly enough I didnt see anyone. I got to the park and saw my mom sitting on the bench. When I got near her the rest of the town gathered around us, well more like me. They kept saying how much better than me they were. I couldn't take it. Then they all stopped and started chanting 'Envy'. -
I closed my eyes and wished that they'd stop. Then there was an eerie silence. I opened my eyes to see they were all dead. But there was a man, a living man, between the bodies. I didn't recognise him. "You are now Envy." He said and held out his hand. I took it and we dissapeared.
I am no longer little Alice. I am one of the Seven. I am Envy -
