Here is a Preview:

I was running, running through darkness. I ran along the wet grass, my bare feet sinking in the mud. I had to keep running. I didn't dare look back. If I was caught I would be letting down everyone. My sister, Lisinia, my best friends, Mika and Chitae, my parents and anyone else who had died for me. I ran straight ahead. I saw a great black lake in front of me. I didn't have time to turn. I ran straight into it and swam as quickly as possible to the other side, where I crawled up the bank and kept running.
