I'm from England. Just to curious if my fellow countrymen and women are here. Well?
-
Moonblade's from there
I'm going there in December :] -
Really? That's fantastic! You'll love it over here!
You'll probably freeze over, lol, but it will be amazing nonetheless!
Have decided which sites to visit yet?
-
Well, I've never been, but I would love to go. :3 Especially to London.
-
London is great! I'm so living there when I am older. Our countrysides are also beautiful also.
-
Yeah it'll be a challange for me, getting used to snow when i cam from a country that doesn't snow, i'll most likely viit backingham(sp?) palace and the big ben since i'll be in London, the problem is my dad is making me choose between a sports program which i've been trainig hard for almost 3 months to compete in S.A or going to England, i can only pick one, and i dont think it's fair, i've been training hard for this and have been dedicated and i'd love to go to England to see what ir's going to be like when i start living there in 3 years time
-
I think you should compete in S.A. You've been training hard as you've said, it would be a shame for that to go to waste. You'll be in England in three years. There's still that opportunity, it's better than not knowing whether you'll get to compete again.
But, yeah, so not fair. Just follow your heart. It always leads you to the right place, despite the bumps in the road. -
Been to both Englad and Scotland. Loved Scotland, probably would have liked Englamd if I didn't have to walk for ages with jet lag. With a family that was mean.
But honestly, I can't remember much of it. I only went to London. I doubt I gave it a fair chance. Didn't see much scenery. Positively mad for Scotland though.
I've heard the English countryside is beautiful. And accents! I love different accents. And history! -
Sight seeing isn't a big priority of mine, I'd probably just go for the Anarchist Book Fair in London.
-
I've been to Scotland! My family and I stayed in a an old cottage in the woods. My older brothers convinced me that it was haunting, and I never went upstairs alone where the rocking chair was. Slowly rocking by itself.
Anyway, great place! Thoroughly recommend it! -
You are so lucky! I would love to go to England, especially London to catch this year's Olympics.
Or to just visit the Buckingham Palace.
I've been an inhabitant of New York for most of my life, but if I got the chance to fly to Britain, I definitely would. -
I was in London just yesterday. I was there for less than a day, but it was much better than my average Monday. I wasn't able to stay though, but my mum is still over there living it up with family she hasn't seen in ages!
You're lucky too Rockstar123! My aunt told me I have to come visit her in New York, I'd love to go! She says its amazing! -
