I hate how some people can be so selfish and careless about the Earth. There is only one Earth and when it's gone,it's not coming back. When you throw a piece of trash on the ground,it pollutes the Earth. When you use more electrity then you should be using,it hurts the Earth. Back then,saving the world wasn't much of a problem,but for some reason,it is now.
That's why they make events for the Earth such as Earth Day or Earth Hour. It's a day where you can help the Earth. Earth Hour can be really fun in my opinon. My opinion for Earth Day is that it's an oppurtinity to help the Earth. Heck,you don't have do it that day,you can do it any day. But the more you hurt the Earth,the sooner it's gone. Once it's gone,it's gone. -
@Biance I agree, they should have 2 earth hours/days

People who litter and waste electricty probably think God will create another Earth or there's a second Earth.

We don't celebrate Earth Day at my school
We celebrate Earth WEEK courtesy of our Eco Action Group :P

I agree with Ting, we should help the Earth and all, but like seriously, people are too ignorant and don't care enough.

I have a friend who is crazy about the "being green" idea, but she never does anything about it except for arguing about it. :/ -
