In the UAE, well Dubai, it's rainy and really really cloudy in winter, and the temprature is like 18 Celsius, sometimes lower, and in some parts hailstones fall, including Dubai but only a little bit, and in summer the temprature is like 48 celsius or like 50, and it's really really hot, and almost... dusty sort off.
What about in your country. -

Here in Phili in the winter and snows alot and it can get to 18 degrees F. In the summer it gets hot,it's both stormy(thunderstorms)and sunny but usually sunny and it can get to 101 degrees F. I know the degrees is bizarre in the summer but it happened a couple of times.

Hahaha I live in Hawaii USA and it's funny you ask this. It's HORRIBLE, always sunny, humid, crappy, it's only a nice vacation but a sucky place to live. I stay inside mostly.

Mexico is hot in the end of spring,whole summer and beginnning of fall. In winter,end of fall,and beginning of spring it's mostly cold,rainy and snowy. Most people out of Mexico would say Mexico is always hot. But that's just stereotype.
