  Okay, I know that it depends a lot on how good the quiz is, and how many people take it and stuff. But I know there's plenty of Hot Shots on the website, so y'all should have at least a ballpark estimate of what got you there--around 5 quizzes? Around 20? You get the idea (I hope :/)
  
  I'm just wondering because my status bar has been orange for all of 2018 even though I made two rather crappy and unpopular quizzes and I was hoping to maybe level up by my GTQ birthday in May. It might not be possible, but I wanted to set some kind of more definite schedule (1 quiz a month, 3 quizzes a week, etc.)
  
  Sorry, that was a lot of words. I struggle with severe VDD (Verbal Diarrhea Disorder) so I tend to ramble a lot. Thanks for whatever help you can provide.

  I've seen people get to Hot Shot with a little under 10 quizzes to their name, and then I've seen people like me with over 50. It really is dependent on your quiz stats. If you don't get a lot of traffic on your profile, you won't level up.
  
  Something that I have noticed is that taking a break from the account for several months does tend to boost the bar a little bit. I don't understand why it works like that, but... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've been on the cusp of Elite for almost a full year now and could probably reach it if I use one of my other accounts.
  
  I recommend trying to make a quality quiz that has never been done before. Spread it across a few websites. If that does well, you'll be able to gauge how many more quizzes you'll need.
