???: *unsurprisingly, there's a person at the exit, though they don't seem to be the source of the bell. This person has a good up, but is dressed in black, and some blond hair is visible as he looks up at the roof of the cave, frowning* Strange.. that's not supposed to happen.

???: *he looks over, not quite seeming to look directly at Alex, as he notices Veriti and Volechek, before looking back up at the ceiling* Look.
*there's.. certainly something going on. It looks like the ceiling is being held up by a golden barrier of some sort, but it's clear it's cracking* -
*he raises his eyes to look at the barrier, rather confused about what he is seeing*

Volechek: *he sniffs at the air, pausing, glancing at the stranger, before heading back the way they came*
Volechek-! Where are you going? If it's collapsing that's not the way to go-! -
Perhaps we should follow Volechek.

*She pulls Veriti along, speeding up to leave the cave. As they all get out, the ceiling collapses- sealing that exit* -
The sea breeze hits Alex's face as they approach the port. The air is crisp and salty and reminds him of the time he spent in Champa and Lemuria. The port looked to be in a bad state, the destruction caused by the monsters was still evident. There were slashes on the outside of buildings that were yet to be repaired. His heart sank a little every time he saw what his efforts had caused. But he sought relief in believing that what he did was for the good of everyone. It was his only solace.
"We shouldn't have much resistance from anyone while we.. borrow the ship."
