Yup.Although some people really are just born that way. There is a certain part of the brain, the prefrontal cortex I believe, that when it is damaged can cause serial killers. The prefrontal cortex contributes to a wide variety of executive functions including Predicting the consequences of one's actions. SO, when this is damaged, they don't see how what they do is wrong. When they kill, they feel no guilt. They torture, no guilt for the pain they caused. Nothing.
