  I almost broke my leg and the end of the handlebar hit my ches RELLY hard when I fell. D: 120 pounds of force hitting my chest...D:

  That's why I got ride of my bike when I was 15. I had an accident (I broke my arm) while riding my bike, and it was a good excuse to get ride of it.
  
  But I've been gaining weight slowly since then...

  As a bike fan, i want to ask why you throw away your bike because of this. Accidents happen. Would you get rid of your stairs when you fall off?
