My family made this Vietnamese dish... It's beef and shrimp cooked right there on the table. We wrap it on rice paper with noodles and some vegetables then dip that in a sweet/spicy sauce. Kinda complicated but really good!
Definitely not a traditional Christmas dinner, but we switched it up.
