We need a Personal Message System since not everyone has an email. This could improve many things like no more two person chats happening in the offbeat forum. This would keep everything more better but I think you should be a Novice to be able to use the PM system. Who Agrees?

Thats actually a great idea.

But at first I thought it said 'Personal Massage System'Like that would be even cooler.

I think a person should be 2 months old then be able to use it,

I personally don't want a bunch of noobs coming in and screwing it up,
Just enough to appreciate the full great quality of GTQ
