Icyy NewbieI think it'd be easier on EVERYONE on GTQ if we just completely banned Teddy and STN chain letters. Frankly, they're both extremely annoying and nobody cares except the people getting so worked up over it.
Therefore I'd like to propose that GTQ, if they're not already, should be able to ban and IP ban accounts on GTQ. Meaning, they can still take the quizzes, but they cannot become a user or comment. Obviously warnings should be issued first, but it's already spiraled out of hand.

you cant ban them. people have the freedom 2 type. the internet doesntn have that good of filters. srry to rain on ur parade.

Icyy NewbieI'm fully aware of freedom of speech. But in case you haven't noticed this has caused some huge argument.
And yes, Alana, on sites where there are accounts, you can indeed be banned.

Capri NewbieYeah, stop whinging about "freedom of speech" some of us would like to be fee from spam, and if they ban chain letters AKA spam that would make it much more fun for the real people who want to use this site, and less fun for the hoaxters and trollers who just go around spreading dumb crap and then howling "WAAAAH you're taking away my freedom of speech! Boooo-hooooo!" every time some sensible people stand up to these idiots. There's freedom of speech, and then there's abuse of tat freedom, and abuse is what people do when they spread nonsense chain letters arund and waste tons of bandwidth and annoy everybody.

I am Teddy. I am a stupid chain letter email sent out to frighten other people. I hurt feelings and I even drove a child insane. If you read this then join the STN (stop teddy now) and feel bad for four year old Anessa who will be in a mental institusion for six years.
I am well aware this may be considered a chain letter, but it didn't start out that way. I just posted it to a couple of quizes and a few other people posted it as well. I do relize the STN needs to stop just as every other chain-letter out there. However hard you and other people may try they're just not going to stop.
