  It kept saying "upload denied". I logged out of my account, hoping it'd reset and when I logged back in, the option to upload was gone altogether.

  that’s really weird.. maybe the picture you tried to upload wasn’t the right size or file format? i’ve never had this happen to me before so this is really strange

  usually when I have an image that's not the right format, it will tell me "format not supported" or "image too short and wide." i've never heard of that error.
