I don’t think it should, only 2 threads can be pinned at a time and the mods have already cut it down to two important threads (intro and important link threads)

That would be nice but also it seems like common sense? You should know better than to harass other users and bumping threads is only appropriate when it's your own thread or a community thread.

Like Cham said, there can only be 2 pinned threads, and if any of these issues occur users will be able to contact the mods regularly about the issue
