If I posted in her account for a second just for fun(and I won't pretend to be her or anything like that), would I get a penalty? She did give me her password and I gave her mine so that we could both use each other's accounts before and I apparently have her password saved to my computer lol

No, as long as you have their consent beforehand you won't get in trouble.
