Your account would have to be considered as "good standing" for us to allow you that permission.
We've made exceptions for people who don't have discord before, so that is probably a more minor rule regarding the permission. But to answer your question- unfortunately your account is not considered under "good standing" due to some of your behaviors on this site, so we would not be able to grant you that permission.
