That way if we start not liking our username, or there's a typo in it that's really annoying us, we could change it.
There could be a thing where it says what your last username was so that there's not as much trouble with people changing it to prank people and be mean. There could also be a limit on when you can change it. Like once a month, or something.
That way people don't have to make a new account, and then have to do all that work to get to their status on their last account. -
I think so too. That is a good idea.

I totally agree with this idea and would love to see it implemented!
An alternative idea: Allow users to set their own nicknames with no limit. That way, when we post, our nickname will show. But then our username would stay the same and would be visible from our profile pages. -
