bridgeport NewbieWe need more inclusive minorities as mods! This is impossible where the white liberals are trying to tell a black woman to behave. That is unacceptable, and that is why we need to clean up their white acts and yours and make minority users into moderators. See how the moderators are all white? That's not fair! And no it isn't based on their own merit and how long they've been here, it's clearly because they are white. There has been a fair deal of "troll discrimination" where we assume that these trolls are strong males trying to get a laugh out of the idiots on here, we are assuming that they are not disempowered women or POC women. What if they are? What if they have to resort to trolling because all the whites get power on here?
So I say we get some black, brown and tan magic in here or Twitter will riot.

P.S:
Censoring the word f---le is unacceptable as well because we blacks must be able to say, "damn your weave very f---le"
It's a cultural expression and I would not appreciate it being censored for your own sick twisted enjoyment.
Also more representation of our Chinese, even though they caused Pearl Harbor it was not their fault! -

While I applaud the time and effort you spent writing this post, and you make a good point here and there, you forgot to do one thing.
Have it all make sense.
Your points seem a little all over the place, unorganized, and plus a confusing mix of good points into not-so-great explanations.
Not to mention you ruined any merit by using a second account to applaud it. -

Ah well I still see your point but there can be lots of reasons why minorities are not mods. Maybe the minority people just happened to not be qualified. Maybe there just weren't many of them when the mods were picked. Just because there are no non white mods does not automatically mean you are racist. I'm all for having a diverse group of people as mods but I would put quality first. -
