My bar was the gold color, and for some stupid f---ing reason it just reset right back down to red!!!
I made all that progress... FOR THIS????????

All accounts lose progress on the journey from Novice to Junior. It has been a bug from the start of the website. That, or its to make sure people aren't cheating the system to level up.
You can't use those symbols. The website believes it to be some coding and deletes words within them unless it's the BBC codes. -

Being in a rage about things isn't going to make it any better. The best you can do is be patient, and level up again. Everyone's gone through it, it's just something that you have to deal with. But if you think leveling up is the most important thing in the world, more important than having fun on the website making quizzes or talking with others, then perhaps this isn't the site for you. Just try to have fun, and the less you worry about leveling up, I've found, the faster you do level up.
