tldr; Don't do it.
Seriously though, I get that people can have clashing personalities. But if you clash with someone, be the better person and just keep away from their threads. It's not okay to troll or harass someone you aren't getting along with here.
Users get reported to me for one thing or another, and over time I tend to see certain names come up repeatedly. I don't want to be heavy handed and delete accounts. I just want those who have been in a lot of forum drama to tone it down. Take the high road and walk away from drama.
Also, I know some people give the mods a lot of grief. But they're putting in their own time to keep the forums from going off the rails with spam and rule-breaking. They're doing what mods do on any website. You might disagree with a mod on something, which happens, but it doesn't automatically mean they're biased or power-tripping, etc. Being hostile isn't going to help anything.
Just, treat other people how you'd like to be treated. -
Very needed and well put. Thank you for taking the time to say this.
-
nice. thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention, gtq guy
-
bruh
this is just a s---post induced by snitches that can't handle the internet -
"but it doesn't automatically mean they're biased or power-tripping"
Not automatically no, but it often IS true. -
they deleted someone's post without even telling them what they did and claimed it as "spam"
that is definitely fair and just! I mean, we will just arrest someone and not tell them what crime they just committed, that's how everything works -
you don't need to tell someone when they already know
-
she didn't know and neither do I
-
it wasn't up there for long to reveal what was really in that SINGLE thread (which how could a single thread be spam?)
and I mean *arrest someone randomly -
If you couldn't see the thread in question, then that's a good thing. Means we are doing our jobs in a timely matter. :D

If it was because "personal information" was posted, that's your fault. Most of the information they found were on accessible, public platforms, even surprisingly on GTQ by, hm, the users that don't like it when people post it. Trying to cover up information and pretend like it isn't there doesn't help because these people have screenshots and tools to dig deeper into your personal business no matter what.
But one single thread isn't spam. In the context of GTQ, a multiple amount of threads in proximity to each other is what I find the definition of spam as. That ONE single thread couldn't be spam because again, it was one thread and goes against the very definition of what spam is on forums like these.
Oh, let me guess, was it something you didn't like? It went against you? Grow up. You can't delete "crude or personally mean" s--- in real life, so what's the point of doing it on here? Free speech is pretty applicable to anything you say, except if it's libel or slander. So they are beyond the reigns of this website, and "authority figures" like yourselves (because f--- all the policemen and women, nurses, doctors, parents, teachers, and legitimate authority entities that would LOVE to have the comfort of your life but no, they service and actually contribute to society) would have some sort of virtue of unplugging your routers and signing yourself up for daycares. -
why are you flipping out
all gtq guy did was ask people to stop trolling and attacking people
he did it politely too, and as far as i'm aware hasn't made any actual penalties towards people
you could have just said "hm, i'm not sure i like that, but let's see if we can give it a shot" -
No.
-
I like how often you're using that phrase, "one single thread", because it shows just how little attention you paid before you flipped s---. Not that I think you'd be any less "outraged" even if you knew what was going on, because you're not living unless you're fighting with someone. We deleted several blank post and "deport ___" threads which that account has been steadily cranking out for days (maybe weeks, but we're not going back that far), because they were spammy and were only created to fill space. It's an established troll account which has been used for spam and to attack other users in the past, so no, we didn't bother with another warning. It's a lot more fun for you if there's a conspiracy, though, isn't it? Sorry, ignore me. Go back to frothing at the mouth.

But were they at the same time? You've pretty much clarified that they were at different times, not in close proximity like legitimate spamming which is done in all in one take rapidly. Why take action NOW if it were a problem previously?
In the past? You're seriously using something from THE PAST, which is no longer relevant? I will flip my s--- because Next did nothing wrong. They've pretty much been an ordinary user with slightly trivial antics but posting "deport [insert country/continent/state]" isn't spam and the threads you're referring to are incredibly separated pertaining to what day and time when they were posted.
But what's exactly wrong with the word "troll"? You people were b----ing and moaning about hostile trolls but when a user actually does something tame and less offensive than most of what has been done, it's still apparently a problem and you have to bring up irrelevant bulls--- in your argument.
Try again. ✨
