Because there is a s---load of spam and no mods are on to take care of it (well maybe some are while im typing this) But still -
dude chill out, it already works for us we just need numbers.

Senior plus helped abuse the offensive button. A lot of those accounts have been hacked, too, so the button would be abused further.
What we need a moderator who would be on around this time. -

The offensive button has been disabled for all users other than moderators. So while it shows up, it doesn't work. -
Just tested it (sorry dork), it still works. Who knows if it has any effect though >.>
