How do you become a monitor?

GTQ Guy. No. He comes on rarely and only responds to threads about serious problems with the site.
There's no specific date. It can take a year, or even 1 month.
You can't. There's an election every once in a blue moon that happens and the highest voted person gets it. (Which isnt happening anytime soon, so don't get excited because it takes a lot of work. You have to prove yourself worthy)
