we've already made it very clear that we're not accepting any more moderators at the moment, nor are we going to be holding another nominations thread. we've said this several times. stop ignoring us. we already have a list we sent to GTQ Guy on people we think should be mods next from the previous nomination thread, which was just a few months ago. let's not rush into it again!!! and stop trying to nominate yourself. no more threads like this, ok?

4, actually. one just doesn't post as much, but stalks instead. they still help us with spam and stuff
and it's fine. we're already doing pretty good with trolls and spam all on our own, even GTQ Guy said this. we don't need more mods. end of story -
Actually there are six of us, if you count Kish and Alex. Alex doesn't chat with the four of us that are online on a regular basis, but he is around, and has given us means of contact. Additionally, Kish claims to do his job without posting. Six is enough to deal with a bit of spam- and even if it's only four, we've still been taking care of it. I know that it seems like we're trying to stop people from becoming moderators, but the truth is, we're still trying to sort out what powers we have. Not to mention, we have to know which moderators actually need to be replaced. As far as I'm aware, only three of the moderators have admitted to resigning and have officially left the site. The others are still lurking or aren't decided on what to do because they've been inactive.

We're not going to mark threads, but we are a bit upset that the forums are getting filled with self applications. We'd like for other problems to be settled before we introduce moderators.
