Obviously, I am not GTQ Guy, but neither an I a moderator. But, I can say I know for sure that posting in the forums does give you experience. I'm pretty sure taking others quizzes does as well, but I'm not sure polls really effect your experience. The main source of getting more experience comes from making quizzes and having quite a bit of people take them, though.
